Integration Sessions
Turning deeper insight
into meaningful direction.
A meaningful experience can continue unfolding long after it ends. Integration offers a dedicated space to explore what emerged, understand how it relates to your life, and identify practical ways to support what is beginning to shift.
What Is Integration?
Integration is the process of returning to an experience and considering how it connects with the life you are living now.
During a session, we may explore the moments that remain especially vivid, the emotions or patterns that surfaced, changes you have noticed, and anything that still feels unresolved.
The purpose is not to assign a fixed meaning to your experience. It is to help you listen more closely to it, recognize what feels important, and determine what deserves your attention next.
Emotional movement An experience may release grief, fear, tenderness, anger, joy, or emotions that have been held for a long time. Integration can help you understand what moved and how your relationship with those feelings may be changing.
Patterns and personal history Unexpected experiences can reveal connections between present-day habits and earlier experiences.
The body and nervous system. You may notice how your body responds to safety, fear, rest, movement, care, or connection. Integration can help you become more attentive to those signals and develop practices that support greater trust in your body.
Relationships and belonging. Some experiences change how we understand closeness, support, responsibility, or our place within a group.
Meaning, identity, and direction. Integration may involve larger questions: Who am I becoming? What is my place now? What deserves my energy? Can I trust myself or the life ahead?
When Integration Can Help
You may be seeking integration because…
An experience left you with a powerful insight, emotion, memory, image, or physical sensation.
You sense that something has changed, but you do not yet have language for it.
You are trying to understand a difficult, confusing, or unexpectedly intense experience.
Old patterns are becoming more visible.
You want to translate an insight into your relationships, habits, creative life, or decisions.
You are preparing for or returning from a psychedelic or other non-ordinary state experience.
You do not need to arrive with a clear revelation. A feeling, a questions, or a sense that something remains unfinished is enough.
Who Are
Integration Sessions For?
People who have participated in a Magic Nights experience.
People completing ketamine-assisted therapy or another professionally supported psychedelic experience.
People returning from a retreat, ceremony, or meaningful non-ordinary state experience elsewhere.
People preparing for an upcoming experience and wanting to clarify intentions or establish integration support in advance.
People moving through a significant life transition who want a reflective, narrative and ceremonial approach.
