A Place to Remember What You Already Know

Welcome to The Inner Grove

Welcome to a place where healing and growth aren’t solo journeys…we embark on them together.

Just as a forest is not simply a gathering of trees, the Inner Grove is more than just a collection of human beings. Drawing inspiration from the work of forest ecologist Suzanne Simard, The Inner Grove Collective seeks to explore the patterns that exist in our nervous systems, our relationships, and the ecosystems of our creative lives.

We participate in guided preparation, ceremony, and integration, exploring networks of belonging and those fertile places inside of us, where healing can be achieved with transformation, dignity, and integration. We hold space for well people—those who are curious, growing, and seeking richer belonging.

What We Do at the Inner Grove

Magic Nights

Structured enough to feel safe, yet open enough to let wonder in, Magic Nights is our signature framework for meaningful gatherings.

Each experience blends neuroscience, ceremony, and hospitality to help you feel more human, more connected, and more at home.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

By bridging the clinical with the service, The Inner Grove can help you prepare for and integrate therapeutic experiences…

…empowering you to feel more whole, more aligned, and more alive in your life.

Integration Sessions

If Magic Nights and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy sessions are the door, Integration Sessions show you how to walk through it. These one-on-one support sessions help you understand what’s changing, so you can translate that change into clarity, language, and a meaningful, easily followed set of next steps.

Who We Are at The Inner Grove Collective

Meet Our Founder, Alisa Tongg

Alisa is an award-winning Life-Cycle Celebrant, storyteller, founder, citizen of the Cherokee Nation, and Colorado-licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator who has spent her career helping people mark transformative moments with meaning. From her early work as a program director at MIT—where she coached students and alumni to tell their stories through resumes, cover letters, and interviews—to her years designing ceremonies that honor life’s thresholds, Alisa has seen how narrative shapes the way we step into the next chapters of our lives.

Building on this foundation, she trained at the SoundMind Institute as a Psychedelic Facilitator and is a Colorado-licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator, deepening her capacity to guide people through profound experiences of insight, transformation, and integration. Her work through The Inner Grove Collective is rooted in the understanding that integration is a narrative, creative, and ceremonial process.

By weaving ritual, storytelling, and community, Alisa helps people transform meaningful experiences into coherence, belonging, and direction—crafting stories that support healing, connection, and aligned forward movement.
