A Place to Remember What You Already Know

Carefully Held Experiences for Meaningful Change

Inner Grove Collective offers thoughtfully prepared psychedelic experiences, ketamine-assisted therapy, and integration support for individuals, couples and groups.

Our approach brings together skilled facilitation, medical oversight when needed, nature, ritual, reflection and human connection. We understand meaningful change as something shaped by our relationships, environments, histories and communities.

Whether you are seeking clarity, moving through a transition, reconnecting with your partner, or feeling called toward a deeper relationship with your own life, Inner Grove Collective creates space to listen closely, feel supported, and carry what emerges forward with intention.

What We Do at the Inner Grove

Magic Nights

Our signature one-day retreats for individuals, groups and couples.

Magic Nights brings together thoughtful preparation, skilled facilitation, ceremony, nature, an inward journey, and integration. Each experience is structured with care while leaving room for insight, connection and wonder.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Clinical oversight and medical safety in a setting designed to not feel clinical.

Ketamine-assisted therapy combines ketamine treatment with preparation, guided support, and integration. The experience takes place in an environment created to support trust, inward attention, and a sense of ease.

Integration Sessions

Individual support for giving language and shape to meaningful experiences.

Integration sessions offer a warm, conversational space to explore what has emerged, understand how it fits within the larger story of your life, and consider what you want to carry forward.

Carefully Held Rites of Passage

Meet Our Founder, Alisa Tongg

For nearly 15 years, Inner Grove Collective founder, Alisa Tongg, has helped people cross some of life’s most meaningful thresholds.

As an award-winning life-cycle celebrant, storyteller, certified psychedelic-assisted therapy facilitator, and Colorado-licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator, Alisa brings an uncommon lens to psychedelic experiences. A citizen of Cherokee Nation, she also carries a deep respect for story, relationship, place, and the ways meaningful experiences are witnessed and remembered.

She understands preparation, intention, symbolism, ceremony, and integration as essential parts of how change becomes meaningful.

Her work is grounded in the belief that people do not always need to become someone new. Sometimes they need the time, care, and courage to live more fully from what they already know.
